Here for your reference I am giving you the eligibility criteria of Civil Services exam:

Nationality:
A candidate must be either :—
a citizen of India, or
a subject of Nepal, or
a subject of Bhutan, or
a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit:
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed 30 years

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have passed graduation from any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India

Number of Attempts:
General: 4
OBC: 7
SC and ST: No Limit

Scheme of CS (Preliminary) Examination

The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers of objective type (multiple-choice questions) carrying a maximum of 400 marks.
The Question Papers (Test Booklets) are set in English & Hindi

One of the Indian Languages to be selected by the candidate from the 18 languages included in the VIIIth Schedule to the Constitution (Qualifying Paper) 300 Marks

Papers IV & V General Studies (300 Marks for each paper) 600 Marks

UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, a central government organisation authorized to conducts different examinations for engineering services, civil services, defense and many more through out the year across the country.

A nationwide competitive examination in India held by the UPSC for recruitment to the various Civil Services of the Government of India, including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS).

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Applicant should be Graduate or pursued Degree in any discipline from any recognized university in India and Final Year Candidates can apply.

Age: Bare minimum of 21 Yrs to Maximum of 30 Yrs on 1st August of the year of the Examination
UPPER Age Relaxation
• A maximum of three years for OBC applicant.
• A maximum of five years for candidates belonging to a SC/ST applicant.

Number of Attempts
• Four attempts for General category applicants and OBC category candidates under the Creamy layer
• Seven attempts for OBC category applicants.
• To SCs/STs, No limit on the number of attempts

Nationality
• For IAS and IPS, an applicant must be a citizen of India

Examination Process : Consists of Three stages
• Stage I : Preliminary examination
• Stage II: Main examination
• Stage III: Personality Test (Interview)
