No, you are not eligible for HCL Company after having getting above 60% in BCA and below 45% in 10+2, because, minimum 60% throughout in all the exams:
10th, 12th, all engineering semesters
(until the last one at the time of recruitment) - for campus recruitment

Selection process:
Eligible candidates are subjected to the CBT(Computer Based Test).

The candidates have to attempt 4 sections

English,
Logical reasoning,
Quant,
Computer Prog

In the technical round of interviews - major highlighting is given on knowledge of engineering subjects:
