Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) conducts Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Medical (MH CET Medical).

The eligibility requirements for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Medical (MH CET Medical) are as follows:

Educational Qualifications
• One must have passed the school/junior college from an institution situated in Maharashtra
• One must have passed the SSC/Junior college/school with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects
• One belonging to unreserved category must have obtained minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC Exam, whereas one belonging to reserved category and person with disability (PWD) have to obtain a minimum of 40% marks in HSC exam
• Persons with disability (PWD) in General category have to obtain a minimum of 45% marks in the HSC exam

Age
One must be 17 years old
The maximum age is 25 years

Medically Fit
One must be medically fit and must submit a certificate of medical fitness

MH CET Eligibility for MBBS and BDS Examination:

• One belonging to open category (unreserved) must score minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) taken together at Common Entrance Test i.e. MH CET
• One belonging to constitutional reservation (reserved category) and with Person with Disability (PWD) must score minimum 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry &Biology (PCB) taken together in the MH CET Medical
• Person with Disability in General category must score minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) taken together in the MH CET Medical
