Yoga is a way of life which balances health, harmony, and bliss, Meditation. There are many yogas. You should do yoga everyday in the morning.

Academic performance is anxious with the quantity and quality of learning attained in a subject or group of subjects after a long period of instruction. Main effect of yoga to get free from stress.

The study had been started with 800 adolescent students; 159 high-stress students and 142 low-stress students were selected on the basis of scores obtained through Stress Battery.

Experimental group and control group had been given pre test in three subjects, i.e., Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.

One of yoga's primary benefits for adults is the alleviation of stress. Students may be young, but they could not immune to stress.
