Hello sir would you please provide me information about Electronic Clearing System (ECS) Facility of Citibank???

Citibank customers can make use of Electronic Clearing System (ECS) as a payment option with Citibank and with this facility costumer can give a standing instruction to debit their savings or current account held with another bank and credit an account held with Citibank on a periodic basis.

Costumer can opt for a Monthly or Quarterly ECS instruction.

To avail of this facility, costumer will be required to fill in the form containing an application form and a letter to the other bank with which they hold an account. This letter should be acknowledged by the branch of the other bank. A copy of a Cancelled cheque from the account held with the other bank is also required.

This facility is offered free of charge to all Citibank customers.

This facility is Offered Free of Charge to all Citi Banking Customers.
With a Standing Instruction on Your Account, you Can pay your
Credit Card Bills / Utility Bills / Transfer funds to another Citibank
Account or Issue Drafts .

You can also avail of an auto sweep facility which allows you to:

1. Set up a Minimum Threshold Value above which all money
Can be swept
2. Sweep funds to one or more Accounts
3. Transfer a percentage of the balance to a particular account
4. Sweep funds to multiple accounts across cities
