As you want to know the Eligibility of AP EAMCET 2016: So here is the Eligibility- Offered Courses Engineering (B.Tech) – Bio-Technology, Diary Technology, Agriculture Engineering, Food Science and Technology Pharmacy – B.Pharma, D.Pharma B.Sc. – Commercial Agriculture & Business Management, Agriculture, Horticulture B.V.Sc. & A.H. B.F.Sc. MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BNYS Eligibility- Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders. Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local / non–local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana/AndhraPradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended. For B.Tech, Pharmacy and B.Sc:- candidate should have completed or appearing in the class 12th or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates should have appeared or completed the diploma engineering examinations that is conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must have scored at least 45% (40% in case the candidates belong to reserved category) in PCM (PCB for pharmacy) in class 12th or equivalent exam. For pharmacy and Science courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit to apply for the examination. For engineering, candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC/ST candidates. For MBBS/BDS: Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of Admissions. Candidates should have passed/appearing in the final year of class 12th (intermediate) or equivalent with PCB or Biotechnology and English. The candidates should have scored at least 50% marks in PCB, in case of reserved category the minimum aggregate marks to be scored is 40%. For BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses: Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of Admissions. There is no upper age limit to appear in this examination. Candidates should have passed/appearing in the final year of class 12th (intermediate) or equivalent with PCB or Biotechnology and English. |
