Dr. D. Y. Patil University is conducting All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test (AIPGDET) for admission in the following MDS courses available at Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pimpri, Pune:

(1) Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge
(2) Periodontology
(3) Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
(4) Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics
(5) Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics
(6) Oral Pathology & Microbiology
(7) Public Health Dentistry
(8) Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry and
(9) Oral Medicine & Radiology.

Eligibility:
The candidate must be an Indian national. He/She should have done BDS from any recognized institute of India.
The candidate undergoing one year rotating internship training and likely to obtain final registration certificate from Dental Council of India, New Delhi or Maharashtra.

Tentative dates:
Last date for registration: In the last week of Jan, 2013
(With late fee )In the first week of Feb , 2013
Date for the entrance Exam: In the first week of Feb , 2013

Application Form:
The candidates may apply online on to the official website of the university. The Entrance test will be conducted at the Campus of the University situated in Sector 7, Nerul , Navi Mumbai

After filling up the online application form the following documents must be submitted to the Coordinator of AIEPGDET.

Third B.D.S Examination Mark Sheet
Final year B.D.S Examination Mark Sheet
First B.D.S Examination Mark Sheet
Second B.D.S Examination Mark Sheet
Rotating Internship Training Completion certificate /
Certificate from Dean / Principal of the college
Nationality Certificate / Valid Passport
Birth certificate

Exam Fee: Rs.2000/-

Exam Centres:
The Entrance test will be conducted at the Campus of the University situated in Sector 7, Nerul , Navi Mumbai.

Exam Pattern:
There will be 125 multiple choice questions to be completed in the duration of 2 hours. There is no negative marking for wrong answer. The medium of the exam will English.
