Yes of course, you can change your college during 2nd year of studies if you are not satisfied with present college. But you have to obtain good marks in first year of studies then university will give permission to change college. And it is also important that which college you will take admission that college is also affiliated with the same university so you will get directly admission in second year of your course After confirmed by another college you can get admission in it by paying fee for it .. Yes, you can shift in another college of Anna University During 2nd Year of the course , but first you have to check about the seat availability at the college where you want to get admission . If there a seat available for you than you have to take transfer certificate from your college and than can apply for admission in 2nd Year of the course. Guidelines for Transfer Candidate studying in Government / Aided / Constituent Colleges of University will be Transfered only to Government / Aided / Constituent Colleges of University. Candidate studying in Self Financing Engineering Colleges will be Transfered to another Self Financing Engineering College only. Branch Transfer will not be accorded.
