Hello sir, I am Manoj Verma. I am from Jaipur. I have done my MBA form Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) but I have lost my MBA degree certificate. Can you tell me how can I get the duplicate MBA degree certificate?

Fill the complete form.

Attach
(a) Copy of mark sheets/certificate, if available.
(b) Copy of enrolment card
(c) Photo copy of Personal ID

Enclose a D/D of (i) Rs.250/- for Duplicate semester mark sheet
OR
(ii) Rs.750/- for Duplicate consolidated mark sheet/Provisional degree certificate (each) in favour of Registrar, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Payable at Kota.

Send the complete form to
CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION,
Rajasthan Technical University,
Rawatbhata Road, KOTA – 324010.

The Certificates shall be dispatched to your college within seven working days of receipt of application.

In cases of urgent need, you shall be required to personally come with ID
Proof and apply at COE office RTU, Kota between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
on all working days ( Second Saturday holiday)
