DTU/DCE is the oldest engineering college of Delhi estb.1941 and NSIT estb.1981
But you should go for NSIT for both of the branches as NSIT has an edge over DTU in software branches like COE, ECE and IT. DTU, on the other hand, is known for its core branches like ME, CE and EE.
