Essential Qualification:

a) Matric pass from a recognized University/ Board or equivalent.

b) Qualified
Midwife registered with Nursing Council of India as Auxiliary Nurse/ Midwife.

Desirable:

A. Professional experience in Govt. / Semi Govt. Hospital/ Nursing Home/ Welfare Centre.

B. Working knowledge of Hindi.

Age Limit:

18-27 years (relaxable for SC/ST-05 yrs, OBC-03 yrs PH-10 yrs, PH- 10 yrs, PH & OBC-13 yrs, PH & SC/ST- 15yrs, Govt. servants and employees of MCD up to 35 year

Pay Scale:

Rs. 5200-20200 +Grade Pay-2400/-

DSSSB ANM syllabus

There will be various sections in the written exam. It will contain multiple choice (MCQ) Type questions. Questions will be from below given sections:

1. Post Specific Questions (Level of questions will remain of the Minimum education qualification required for that post General knowledge questions medical knowledge, health, nutrition, cleanness.

Biology questions

2. State GK and Current affairs

3. Reasoning ability, English and Hindi language questions.
