LSRB Schedule For Consideration And Sanctioning Of New Projects And Monitoring And Sanction For Continuation Of On Going Projects

Consideration of new proposals (twice a year)

Receipt of project proposals in LSRB Sectt. by 01 February and 01 August

Specialists' Panel to submit its reference by 31 March and 30 September

Board Meeting to be held by 30 April and 31 October

Project Sanction Letters to be issued by 31 May and 30 November

Monitoring/evaluation and extension of projects sanctioned in May.

Progress report to be submitted by 01 February.

Contemplation of the progress report by Specialists Panel and submission of its recommendation by 31 March

Board meeting to be held by 30 April.

Sanction for extension for the next year to be issued by 31 May

Monitoring/evaluation and extension of projects sanctioned in November.

Progress report to be submitted by 01 August.

Consideration of the progress report by Specialists Panel and submission of its recommendation by 30 September.

Board meeting to be held by 31 October

Sanction for addition for the next year to be issued by 30 November.
