The Department of Business Management of Dr. Harisingh Gour University was established in the year 1982. It occupies a place of prominence in the realm of professional management education. It worked to earn the distinction of being the first institution in the state of Madhya Pradesh to offer a two years full-time MBA Programme which is duly approved by AICTE.

Post Graduate Programmes: (PGET)

Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar conduct Entrance Examinations for various Postgraduate (PGET) Programs. Admissions PG Programmes will be given according to the merit in PGET for which the candidate has applied and appeared in the Entrance Test and subject to verification of eligibility in the particular programme during counselling.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Age Requirements:
Age should not be more than 27 years in case of general category (UR) and OBC candidates and 32 years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST and PC categories.

Qualifying Examination:
One must have passed 10+2+3 or equivalent examination. One belonging to General (UR) and OBC categories must have secured at least 45% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Relaxation of 5% marks in Qualifying Examination will be given one belonging to SC, ST and PC Categories in all these programmes.

The application fee PG Entrance test is Rs. 800/- for Unreserved, OBC and PC candidates and Rs. 400/- for SC and ST candidates.
The benefit of fee relaxation will be given to the SC/ST candidates, subject to the submission of their caste certificate along with the application form.
If a candidate applies for more than one programme / code (UGET) then the fee for each additional programme will be Rs. 400 for Unreserved/OBC, PC candidates and 200 for SC&ST candidates.
