Voter ID and a Document confirming Date of Birth.(Baptismal Certificate, Birth Certificate, Statutory Declaration etc) AND any one of the following

An Introduction Letter by a Doctor / Lawyer / Accountant.

Government / Local Authority bill (at most 3 months old).

Fully Completed Address Confirmation by an Existing Customer (at least one year relationship)

Bank Statement indicating Customer’s Residential Address ( at most 3 months old)

Utility bill with Customer’s Residential Address, At most 3 months old (attach a Tenancy Agreement between Customer & Landlord if name on Utility bill is that of the Landlord). Residence Permit and Work Permit for Foreigners working in Ghana
