Dombivli Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd. (DNS BANK) is the Scheduled Bank which was established on 6 September 1970. Currently it has 49 branches across 12 districts in state of Maharashtra.

It got Scheduled status in 1996. In 2006 it implemented Core Banking Services. It is 1st Co-operative Bank to launch Mobile Banking Services in India.
