Do colleges look more at GPA or SAT? give me some information about GPA or SAT?

As per my knowledge both are important.....GPA is obviously the most important way to see if you are achieving.. Every school looks at 10th and 11th, most look at 1st semester of 12th. Some schools don't look at 9th.
