High Court of Delhi invited online applications from eligible candidates for filling up 45 vacancies [43 existing vacancies and 02 anticipated vacancies] in Delhi Judicial Service by Holding Delhi Judicial Service Examination in two successive stages: (i) Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (objective type with 25% negative marking) for selection for the main examination (ii) Delhi Judicial Service Main Examination (Written) for selection of candidates for calling for Viva voce. Important Dates 2019 Date and Time of Commencement for creation of New Log In and filling Online Application Form 02 August 2019 (10:00 AM) Last Date and Time for filling Online Application Form and/or making payment through Debit Card/Internet Banking 08 September 2019 (Till 10:00 PM) Extended Uploading of Admit Cards of provisionally eligible candidates for Preliminary Examination (Objective) on the website (It may be noted that admit cards for Preliminary Examination (Objective) will not be sent by post. Candidates have to download them from the website only. 13 September 2019 Date of Preliminary Examination (Objective) 22 September 2019 DJSE Eligibility Criteria One must be a citizen of India; One must be a person practising as an Advocate in India or a person qualified to be admitted as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961. One must not be more than 32 years of age Foe candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years. General category disabled candidates get age relaxation up to 10 years and SC/ST category disabled candidates get age relaxation up to 15 years.
