This form should be sent in the name of the Principal Girl Cadet College Mardan
by post.

Age between 12 and 14 years on 31stMarch of the year of admission (30 days overage relaxation in general and 6 months overage relaxation for Hafiz-e-Quran only).

At the time of admission of application form, candidate must be studying in 7
Th /8th class and NOT in 6th or 9th class.

Application form and photograph must be attested by the Principal/Headmaster of the school in which the candidate is studying.

Frontier Corps personnel will provide a certificate of service from their Unit/Formation.

Entry tests are conducted on the date notified in the national press.

Typed/Photo copy of the admission form is not acceptable.

Incomplete/overwritten forms are liable to rejection.
