As per my searching both are related to the same course. But the main difference is that diploma is low of education. MBA is basic course of hospital management covers some extra topic compared to diploma.

Diploma in hospital administration:

Diploma in Hospital Administration is improvement of quality of medical care and service is obvious. After 12th this is 1 year full time course. Have 2 semesters.

Eligibility:
for Diploma in Hospital administration should require graduate in any faculty.:
MBBS, B Pharm, BSc / MSc / BAMS / BHMS / MBA

MBA in Hospital management:

MBA is Master degree course in hospital department. This is 2 year duration course having 4 semesters.

Eligibility:
Bachelor degree in hospital Administration and might require graduates with/without MBA entrance exam scores.
