Re: Difference Between B.Com and B.Com (Hons)

There is very minor difference between B.Com and B.Com Hons.

Both the courses are done after passing 12th.

The duration of both the courses is of 3 years.

But B.Com is simpler than B.Com hons.

B.Com hons provides the student with a wide range of managerial skills and building competence in a particular area.

B.Com General
The course is similar to B.Com (H).
The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honours course.

Re: Difference Between B.Com and B.Com (Hons)

Talking about B.Com hons you can specialize in subjects like Accounting or Economics. The industry demand for this course is relatively higher. Whereas in B.Com you are given an overview of the subjects. You cannot specialize in these subjects like Accounting or Economics. The industry demand for this course is relatively less. In this you have 4 or 5 subjects to study & there is no main subject. There are various colleges like Glocal University, Xaviers, SRCC and many more which offer some of the best B.com courses.
