Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) is an all India examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India.

Important Dates:
Access to Application through website: 4th Aug 2014 to 10th Sept 2014

Choice of Test Center:
15th Oct 2014 to 30th Oct 2014

Admit Card Download:
7th Nov 2014 to 6th Dec 2014

Date of Examination:
7th Dec (Sunday), 2014 10:00 to 13:00 hrs

Announcement of Results:
15th Jan 2015 (after 17:00 hrs)

Availability of Score cards for Downloading: 22nd Jan 2015

Eligibility:
The applicant should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Design/ Interior Design or equivalent (4 years programme after 10+2).

Professional Diploma in Design (NID/CEPT or equivalent of 4 years programme after 10+2).

B.F.A. (4 year professional programme, after 10+2)

The Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) is known to be amongst the top entrance exam for PG courses in the areas of technological design arranged yearly jointly at every IIT and Indian Institute of Science (IISc).

ENTRANCE EXAM SYLLABUS AND PATTERN:

At present, the test is organized in three phases: Part A, Part B, plus an interview.

Section A will be a preliminary screening test.

There are around 50 questions in this section that have negative marking pattern. Right answers have +2.0 marks while wrong answers have
