Re: Department of Mathematics Nagpur University
Branch of Mathematics was set up in the year 1963 under the headship of Dr B.S. Fadnis. The post graduate understudies in Mathematics are urged to complete examination work prompting the grant of Ph.D. of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj, Nagpur University. The office has in a matter of seconds nine authorized showing staff containing two Professors, three Readers and Four Lecturers. Departmental Profile Courses offered Intake capacity M.Sc. Mathematics 60 per semester (Four Semesters) Ph.D. by Research 8 per teacher Confirmation Procedure (Eligibility, General Procedure) To take a confirmation for M.Sc. semester I course the applicant probably passed B.Sc. examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Applicants are conceded on legitimacy premise i.e. total in B.Sc. exam and class shrewd (B.Sc. I, II, III) marks got in Mathematics.
