As I have dental problem , is it a major issue in joining Indian Army Dental Corps?

Depends on how severe the problems are. If the problem is an easy fix, you probably won't get rejected.

The causes for rejection are for appointment, enlistment, and induction are:
Diseases of the jaw or associated tissues which are not easily remediable
Severe malocclusion that interferes with normal mastication or requires early and protracted treatment
Insufficient natural healthy teeth or lack of a serviceable prosthesis, preventing adequate mastication and incision of a normal diet.

Indian Army Dental Corps invites the applications from qualified and dynamic job fighters for grant of Short Service Commission(SSC) in Army Dental Corps from time to time .

Eligibility criteria:
Aspirants must be BDS/MDS (with minimum 55% marks in final year BDS) from a College/University recognized by Dental Council of India (DCI).
Aspirants should be less than 45 years of age
Aspirants should be medically fit in all respects for service in the Armed Forces.
Aspirants should have completed one year rotatory Internship recognized by DCI by 31 Aug .
Aspirants should be in possession of Permanent Dental Registration Certificate valid at least upto 31 Dec .

Selection Procedure:
The selection is can be done in two ways.
(a) Short-listing for interview: Aspirants found eligible will be shortlisted based on their Final year BDS marks and attempts taken in final year BDS.
Short-listed Aspirants will be called for interview.
(b) Medical Examination: Aspirants provisionally placed on merit list after interview by Selection Board will be brought before a Medical Board for ascertaining their Medical Fitness. The decision of the
Medical Board will be final.
