Hello here I am providing the salary of general manager of Dena Bank as well as roles and responsibility of a manager.


Dena Bank was started in 1938 and got nationalization by Indian Government in 1969.In this bank there is 13,000 employees working with it.


General Manager is a employee which comes under Scale-VII

Roles of general manager:

A General manager holds the responsibility of the company for :-

administrative management,

financial management,

sales & service,

supervision,

public relations,

profitability and

marketing management

to report direct to the board of directors of the company


Salary of General manager:-

They are initially paid Rs. 46,800 per month and they are given increment of RS. 1,300 for 4 years and after 4 years they get basic salary of Rs. 52,000 per month.

Career Requirements for become a branch manager:-

Education level:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, business administration, finance

Licensure and/or Certification:- CPA or CFA certifications are optional, but may

Experience :- Minimum five years of experience in financial services; previous
experience as a loan officer, financial analyst or assistant branch manager
