Duffy Consulting Engineers (DCE) is a Civil, Structural and Traffic Engineering consultancy specialising in Road Safety Audits, Traffic Impact Studies, Traffic Management Plans / Traffic Diversion Plans and Timber Frame Design.

DCE was originally established in Ireland in 1992; following its success, the company expanded to the Middle East in 2009, opening a registered office in Abu Dhabi.

Services-

Civil Engineering-

Civil Engineering services include: Road Design, Drainage Design and Topographical Surveys.

DCE are experienced in dealing with projects from concept design stage through to hand-over stage.

They offer project management services including contract administration management of the tender process and supervision of construction on site.

Structural Engineering-

Structural Engineering Services include: foundation design, steel beam design, superstructure design (masonry/concrete & timber frame), snag lists, monitoring of construction (site supervision) and structural surveys.

DCE are experienced in dealing with projects from concept design stage through to hand-over stage.

They offer project management services including contract administration management of the tender process and supervision of construction on site.

Traffic Engineering-

Traffic Engineering Services include: Road Safety Audits, Traffic Management Plans, Transportation Impact Studies, Mobility Audits, Parking Analysis and Speed Statistics/Checks.

DCE are experienced Road Safety Auditors and we have pre-qualified with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) to carry out Road Safety Audits as part of a joint venture with TMS.

DCE have worked on a variety of projects for both ADM and Department of Transport.

DCE have been also been involved in other road safety related projects such as the Strategic Plan for the Al Ain Surface Transport Master Plan on behalf of Abu Dhabi Department of Transport.
