The Candidate Should Possess :

Installation Pre-requisites

Kernel Parameters

Ability to conduct Database Cloning

Initialization Parameters

Ability to create Backup and Recovery Strategies

Experience in cloning using cold backup, hot-backup and RMAN backup

Hands on experience of configuration & administration of Oracle High Availability Solutions.

Having experience of DR setup through various synch methods.

Database Tuning Abilities – Tuning Applications, Tuning Memory, and Tuning Disk Usage.

Experience in Performance Tuning and Monitoring using various tools such as Statspack, TKPROF, SQL Trace and Explain Plan.

Support to team members for any database related issue

Designing strategy towards Capacity Management for DB tracks.
