The Institute of Company Secretaries of India conducts Company Secretary Course in three stages:

Foundation Course
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Dates:
Last Date for Seeking Admission:
31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year

30th September for appearing in June Examination in the next year

Cutoff date for CS Foundation Program: September 30, 2014 (Tuesday)

Cutoff date for CS Executive Program: November 30, 2014 (Sunday)

Foundation exam pattern

Examination Timings:-

Morning Session: 10.00 A.M. to 11.30 A.M. (90 minutes)

Part - 1

Subjects - Business Environment and Entrepreneurship

Maximum Marks - 100

Total No. of Qns.- 50

Allotment of Marks - 2 Marks for each Correct Answer


Part - 2

Subjects - Business Management, Ethics and Communication

Maximum Marks -

Maximum Marks - 100

Total No. of Qns.- 50

Allotment of Marks - 2 Marks for each Correct Answer


After-Noon Session: 1.30 P.M. to 3.00 P.M. (90 minutes)

Part - 3

Subjects - Business Economics

Maximum Marks - 100
