ASRB NET Exam is specific qualifying examination for lecturers and assistant professors in state agricultural universities (SAU's) and other agricultural universities (AU).


Eligibility for ASRB NET

Age Limit:- A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years.

Educational Qualification:- A candidate must possess a Masters degree or equivalent in concerned discipline and specialization.

Paper Pattern :

ASRB NET Exam will consists of one paper of 150 marks consisting of 150 objective type multiple choice.
The duration of this paper is two hours.
Each question carries one mark.
Negative mark:1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in the NET examination.

Minimum marks required for qualifying ASRB ARS preliminary exam:

Un-reserved(UR) (General): 45%.
OBC(Non-Creamy layer): 40%.
SC / ST/ Person with Disability (PwD): 35%.
