The IIT Kanpur is released the extended merit list for qualified candidates on June 14. The authorities released the qualifying JEE Advanced cutoff along with the result on June 10.

Candidates have to secure a rank above JEE Advanced cutoff to secure a seat.

Candidates must note that the qualifying cutoff is not the same as the admission cutoff used at the time of JoSAA counselling.

JEE advanced cutoff declared by JoSAA is the closing rank for admission to a particular engineering/ branch, at a particular IIT.

JEE Advanced cutoff will be available category-wise, institution-wise and branch-wise.

Minimum Marks Required for Rank List:

Maximum aggregate marks: 372 (186 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
Maximum marks in Physics: 124 (62 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
Maximum marks in Chemistry: 124 (62 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
Maximum marks in Mathematics: 124 (62 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
