Can you tell me about the start of the online student registration date for CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology Entrance Exam) Entrance Exam for this year?

Cochin University offers various undergraduate courses of engineering through a common Entrance test known as CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology Entrance Exam) Entrance Exam.

CUSAT Eligibility Criteria

One should have completed their Higher Education from Kerala University or from any other Recognized University to apply for the examination.

One must have taken & scored at least 50% in Mathematics and must have scored at least 50% in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry put all together.

One must also have an aggregate of 50% in class 10th and 12th in English.

Diploma holder candidates are not eligible for B.Tech (Marine Engineering) course.

CUSAT Paper Pattern

Paper will be of objective type and multiple choice questions.

The test consists of 250 questions and the duration of the test is of about 3 hours.

Question would be asked from the 10th and the 12th syllabus.

The distributions of question with marks are as follows:

The score is calculated as per the formula S= 3R-1W, where R stands for right answers and W stand for wrong answers.

One gets 3 marks for each correct answer and mark deducted for each wrong answer.
