CUSAT MCA Online Application Form 2015
Candidates have to follow two steps for apply application form online. Candidates have to visit official website and see the notification.
First Stage: – Candidates have to enter the basic information such as Name, Date of Birth, email id, mobile phone no, etc correctly. After submit it, candidates will get unique User ID and password through SMS/email.
Second Stage: – Candidates can login your account and click on change password. Candidates can choose their own password and follow next steps. Candidates have to enter asked details such as Upload the Photograph and Signature. Candidates can select the mode of payment, exam centre etc. and submit it. Candidates can submit the application form and pay the fee.

CUSAT CAT MCA 2015 Exam Fee
Candidates can pay the Exam fee Rs.1000/- for General Category Candidates and Rs.500/- for SC/ST Category or Rs.6000/- for NRI Quota. Candidates can pay fee through Bank Challan. Candidates have to choose the bank and take a print out. Candidates can take a receipt after paying the exam fee.
Candidates can also pay fee through Internet Banking enabled SBI/SBT Account. Candidates have to login to the internet banking account and pay the fee.
