Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is all-India test that is organized jointly by the eight central universities together.

This test is conducted for admission into the UG/Integrated Programs, Post Graduate Program and Research Programmes.

The availability of admit card for downloading of Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2016 was 6th May, 2016.

Eligibility Criteria

There are no specific eligibility criteria for this examination.

The eligibility is variable as per the course and university.

For any degree, candidates will have to qualify the presiding degree.

Exam Pattern

All questions will be of MCQ in English language and each paper will be of 2 hour duration.

There will be two parts in this exam for all besides the general exam like MBA and MCA.

Paper one will comprise in 25 questions on aptitude test and paper 2 will comprise in 75 questions based on core subject.

Paper for general courses will comprise in 100 questions based on general awareness, analytical skills, interpretations and numerical ability, reasoning and English language.

No negative marking is there.

Fee Structure 2016

For General/ OBC Candidates: Rs.700/- + Bank Commission Rs.50/- Total Fee to be Paid: Rs.750/-

For SC /ST Candidates: Rs.350/- + Bank Commission Rs.50/- Total Fee to be Paid: Rs.350/-

PwD Candidates: All PWD candidates are exempted from CUCET-2016 fees as per Govt. of India
