Eligibility Criteria for TCS, CTS Wipro is almost similar :
You must completed B.Tech degree course with 60% marks and you must have have 60%-65% marks in through out the career

Minimum percentile required :
You At least 60% marks throughout the career
No backlogs are allowed.
Year gap more than two are not allowed .
Excellent communication skill .
TCS min 60%
Infosys 65%
CTS 65%

The recruitment process of these companies has following sections:
Aptitude Test
Technical test
HR

Generally the written test has following sections:
Aptitude section.
