CSVTU Grace Rule

What are the rules framed by CSVTU or Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University for grace mark in exams? Do CSVTU change the grace mark rule from time to time in to compliance the guidelines issued by the D.T.E.? Tell me in detail about it?
