Here I am providing the CRPF Constable (Tradesman) Written Exam syllabus which you are looking for .

There are total two papers .

NO of Questions : 100 Questions

Time Duration : Each Paper 2 Hours

Total Marks : 100 Marks (Paper I 50 marks, Paper II 50 Marks)

CRPF Constable Tradesman Exam Paper I :
General awareness / knowledge
Analytical aptitude.
Ability to observe and distinguish patterns.
Knowledge of elementary mathematics
Basic knowledge in English/Hindi.

CRPF Constable Tradesman Exam
Paper II :
Paper II will be based on Trading Topics
Total syllabus consists of 50 Marks

Two Hours time duration for Paper II exam

Syllabus –

Elementary Mathematics/ Quantitative Aptitude: Includes questions on L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Simplification, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Decimals, Fractions, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Tables & Graphs, etc.

General Knowledge: It includes- History, Geography, economic development of Himachal Pradesh, current events of National and International importance, day to day observations, scientific aspects, previous happenings of about Modern History (From 1857 onwards) of India, Indian Economy including Geography of India, Indian culture and Indian Polity.

Hindi/English Knowledge: Understanding correct English & Hindi is basic requirement today and so the questions are asked based on spellings, Grammar, Sentence Structure, Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Completion, error recognition, verbs, preposition, articles, vocabulary, Phrases and Idiomatic use of Words.

Analytical Aptitude/ Reasoning Ability: Question (verbal and non-verbal) are asked in this section which are analogies, similarities and differences, odd man series, table concepts, figure classification, pattern matching, relationship, Venn diagrams, blood relationship concepts.

Technical Aspect: Objective Type MCQs which will direct the questions to test the knowledge of the trade as is chosen by the applicant.
