Selection Process

The online IBPS examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main.

IBPS will conduct a preliminary and main examination that will serve as a base to be eligible to reserve a seat for Probationary Officer/Management Trainee in Indian banks.

Candidates who clear both preliminary and mains exam will be called for interview round. The process will help in the selection of the candidates for hiring in Participating Banks.
