3-4 years’ experience working with web content management systems, including one or more CMS packages such as Adobe AEM/CQ (version 6)
Relevant experience in SQL, JSP, XML, HTML, MVC, JSF, REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, Java servlets, JEE and JavaScript

CQ5 Developers Responsibilities

Develop digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the Adobe AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX/CRXDE, CQ WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration
Design and implement components for the Adobe AEM platform
Build solutions on top of the Adobe WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration modules
Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM/CQ core platform
Follow best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery solution
Develop OSGI bundles for Java code
Develop custom servlets in AEM
Develop workflow step components
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation
Use, extend and develop widgets
