Right now you can not get The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India CPT exam application form, bcoz date has already gone.

Registration has Closed on Tuesday, 28th October 2014, 17:30 HRS.

Go to the official website of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Click on Apply Online for CPT Dec, 2014 option given at then left side of page
Click on How to Apply on-line for Exams option
Then click on online applications option & register your self

CPT Exam is held twice a year in the month of June and December. The next Common Proficiency Test will be held on Sunday, 13th Dec 2015.

CA CPT December 2015 schedule

Last date to register with ICAI for CPC course was-1st October 2015

Availability of application form for CA CPT December 2015 from was-6th October 2015

Last date for application form submission was -27th October 2015

The application form is available online at official website of ICAI.

It is also available as physical (OMR) applications forms at the Institute’s Head Office, Regional Offices, Branches and Abu Dhabi/Dubai Chapters.

Procedure of Application Form

Step 1: Create Your Account:

You can login there by Registration Number (eg: NRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number.

Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:

Login with the username and password you receive in your email ID/mobile as provided in Step 1 above.

Fill up the Online Application form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed and pay the fee through net banking or debit card option.

Step 3: Login Again to take print out of PDF form on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation.

Step 4: Affix Two Photographs and Signature:

Paste your Photographs, Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer.

Step 5: Send the printout at ICAI Office.
