The Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, is nodal Ministry in charge of various aspects of Urban Development including Urban Water Supply and Sanitation in the Country.

CPHEEO is the technical wing of Ministry of Urban Development at Government of India level
.It is headed by Adviser (PHEE) and supported by one Joint Adviser (PHEE),
one Deputy Adviser (PHE), one Deputy Adviser (Trainging),
six Assistant Advisers (PHE) and one Scientific Officer along with a Section Officer and supporting staff.
