B.Com (Accts and Finance) or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance)
Normal B.Com
B.Com Honours
B.Com (Banking and Insurance) or Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Insurance)
B.Com (Banking and Insurance) or Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Insurance)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Company Secretary course :
This course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and this course is sub divide in three sections:

Foundation,
Executive, and
Final

After 12th you can apply for Foundation course, here is eligibility:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have cleared 10+2 Exams.
Provisional Registration is also allowed for students who have appeared for their 10+2 Exams and are awaiting their Results.

By age limit:
Minimum 17 years and there is no upper limit

Selection process:
The applicants must join written test to qualify the ICSI CS Exam.
