Convent of Sacred Heart a co-educational English medium school was started in 2001 by the RBL, Benarsi Dass Trust Society. Orientation Program 2014-15 Points for Orientation Programme Session 2014 – 15 1. Parents must attend all PTAs. 2. Lunch box will not be accepted in the office after 7:30am (or delivered in class). 3. Late comers will not be allowed after 7:30 am. 4. No half day or short leave will be granted to any student. 5. No expensive gifts or packets are allowed on Birthday (only toffees). 6. Books and notebooks are to be sent according to the time table or as instructed by the teacher. 7. Leave application is to be sent if the child is unable to attend the school. Application must be sent on A4 size plain paper and must be in an envelope. 8. All information should be filled-in in the school diary (Personal Memo). 9. Any change in the address or phone no. should be intimated in written to the office. 10. Student should be in proper, neat and clean uniform (white uniform on Saturdays and White P.T. shoes on skating day and Saturday). 11. Fee should be deposited by 10th of every month (otherwise late fine of Rs.10/- per day will be charged.) 12. Use link book to communicate with the teacher. 13. Date sheet is given to the student in link book – any changes will be informed through a notice in the link book. 14. Parents are requested to read carefully and follow the general directives of the school written in the school diary. Also we request parents not to insist the Administrative office to breach/violate the rules and regulations of the school. 15. Skates must be sent with the student only. 16. Activities must be done by student only. 17. Cover the note books and books with talc sheet only. 18. Parents must deposit 4 Passport size photographs of the student to the class teacher. 19. Saturday Activities must be taken seriously by the parents and they must send the material. No student must take leave on Saturday. 20. Parents must sign the H.W. diary every day. 21. Parents must meet all the subject teachers on PTA meet. 22. Parents must take care of the work of the students. If the work of student is pending because of any long leave then they must get the work done by the students.
