Common admission test for MBBS

I have passed 12th with Science stream and now want to do MBBS so please tell me about the Common admission test for admission in MBBS course?

The AIPMT (All India Pre-Medical Test) is a national level entrance test for the admission to MBBS and BDS courses

AIPMT exam is conducted by the CBSE, New Delhi.

Age Limit –
Applicant must be at least 17 years and not more than 25 years for general and 30 years for SC / ST / OBC category candidates

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Bio-technology (PCB) Mathematics or any other elective subject with English

Candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in PCB or 45% (General PH) or 40% (SC / ST / OBC)

Exam Pattern
The AIPMT entrance test composed of one paper comprising 180 objective type questions on the subjects as
Physics,
Chemistry and
Biology

The duration of the entrance test would be 3 hours only.

Candidates can choose the language of paper either English or Hindi.

Each correct answer will carry 4 marks.

for each incorrect answer 1/4th marks will be deducted.
