I want to take admission in engineering at RV College through COMEDK UGET Exam so please give details about exam including eligibility criteria?

Here I am giving you details about COMEDK UGET Exam. This exam is conducted for admission in medical and engineering courses at colleges of Karnataka.

Eligibility Criteria for BE:

2nd PUC/Class XII or any other equivalent exam recognized by Central/State Government with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for ST, SC, OBC Karnataka) in PCM stream.

Passed exams in Physics, Chemistry and Math individually

Mathematics and Physics should be compulsory subjects while optional subjects are Biotechnology, Chemistry or Biology.

No cutoff marks for the candidates and all the candidates will be ranked in the list according to their exam scores and consecutive rank.

Diploma candidates will be ineligible for exam.

Candidate has to produce a valid OBC/SC/ST category.


Exam Pattern:

Duration: three hours

Subjects - Chemistry, Physics and Math from syllabus of class X to XII

1 mark for correct answer will be given.

No negative marking.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS/BDS Courses:

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject recognized by State / Central Government.

Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates and OBC Candidates of Karnataka) taken together in PCB.

Aspiring candidates must secure at least 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in PCB in the Common Entrance Test.

Age Limit:
Candidates must have complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December.


Eligibility Criteria for B.E:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent qualifying Examination recognized by State / Central Government with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).


Eligibility Criteria for B. Arch:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects along with other subjects or a 10+3 Diploma recognized by Central / State Government and having obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate

Candidate should have appeared for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture with a minimum score of 80 out of 200 for both general merit and category candidates.
