Income Tax inspector in CBDT
Central Excise Inspector Inspector in Preventive Examiner
Inspector AEO in DEDR Sub-Inspector in CBI
Inspector of Department of Post DA in CAG
Statistical Investigator in MPI
Central Bureau of Narcotics

Interview cum Personality Test is NOT required for following Posts
CAG Auditor
CGDA Auditor
CGA Auditor Accountant in CAG
Accountant in CGA
UDC in CSCS
Tax Assistant in CBDTTA in CBEC
Compiler in RGI
SI in CBN

Process for Allocation of Seats
The following procedure is adopted in allocation of candidates for Non Interview posts of SSC (Staff Selection Commission) Combined Graduate Level:

i) Candidates not allotted to Interview posts including Statistical Investigator are placed in merit order.

(ii) Candidates without any option for posts and/or states are not considered for allocation, as they have failed to exercise options despite at least two opportunities.

(iii) Candidates in merit order are considered for 1st opted post and within the post for opted states. Candidates failing to get allocated so are considered for the 2nd opted post and within the post for opted state and so on.

(iv) Candidates up to 10% mistakes in UR category in DEST and up to 15% mistakes in case of all reserve categories are considered for post of Tax Assistants and considered for CBEC/CBDT as per their option and within the option for states opted by them and so on

(v) Lower ranking candidates belonging to EXS, OH, HH and VH categories are considered against vacancies earmarked for their respective vertical categories(UR,SC,ST or OBC) in their turn subject to their are not having availed any concession at any stage of the examination and subject to availability of vacancies in respective categories.
