Re: College Admission Yields

Yield in college admissions is the percent of students who choose to enroll in a particular college or university after having been offered admission.

Admission yield percentage reflects the number of accepted students who have placed deposits its a definitive indicator of the institution that students have decided to attend.

Yield %= number of students(#) who choose to enroll at a school,*100/ number of offers of acceptance

A higher yield indicates greater interest in enrolling at a particular school of higher education.
