COAL INDIA Ltd. conducts written examination to fill up all positions announced under the recruitment notice. CILMT Examination Pattern The COAL India MT Exam will be of 3 hours duration, Candidates will have to answer 2 different MCQ Based papers Paper I will be a common written test for all candidates in that General Awareness & Aptitude related questions asked Paper II questions related to subject concerned and domain you have applied. SAIL MT Exam Pattern Exam Name- COAL INDIA Management Trainee Exam Paper Type- MCQ Based MaximumMarks-200 Marks Language- Hindi/English Negative Marking- 0.25 Marks on each wrong attempt No. of Paper- 2 Paper I- 2 Sections- General Awareness & Aptitude 100 Questions of total 100 Marks Paper II- Domain specific for each discipline 100 Questions of total 100 Marks Minimum Score Required- UR category-45 Marks OBC- 35 Marks SC/ST/PH Category- 30 Marks COAL INDIA Management Trainee Exam Syllabus CIL MT Paper 1- General Awareness & Aptitude This exam consists of 2 separate sections General Awareness & Aptitude. CIL MT Paper 1- Part 1- General Awareness Syllabus In this section questions related to latest happenings, current affairs, Indian Economy, Sport, History, Culture & Politics apart from this a big section will be asking you questions related to Coal Mining history and its geography in India. CIL MT Paper 1- Part II- Aptitude Test Syllabus In this section the questions from 2 subsections and they are- Reasoning, General Studies. You simply have to prepare common competitive level questions for this exam; the standard of questions will be of 10+2 level for this section. Coal India MT Paper II Syllabus: Specialization Test As stated above this paper will be separate for candidates as per their discipline, questions related to discipline you have applied for.
