The Information Networking Institute (INI) was established by Carnegie Mellon in 1989. It is affiliated to Carnegie Mellon University. Dena Haritos Tsamitis is the director of the Institute. Admission requirement– MSIS- Minimum Qualifications GPA of 3.0 or higher GRE General Test no more than five years old Undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering, computer science or another related technical field Undergraduate coursework in data structures and probability theory/random processes Ability to program fluently in C or C++ TOEFL, no more than two years old, is required with applicants whose native language is not English; the IELTS are also accepted Application Details Applicants must complete and submit an application to the Information Networking Institute no later than February 1. Applications received after February 1 will be considered on a space-available basis.
