Neurosurgery 6 year course MBBS + 1 year internship + MD/MS + Medical Council Registration, for all other higher specialty courses Duration of D.M./M.Ch. courses: 3 years (except Neurosurgery 6 year course directly after MBBS) CMC Vellore PG Exam Pattern: • CMC Vellore PG is a Computer Based Test (CBT) • CMC Vellore PG is divided into two stages • CMC Vellore PG Stage 1 exam will comprise of two papers • Paper 1 is a General Paper consisting of multiple choice questions • Paper 2 is a Special Paper consisting of multiple choice questions in the specialty for which the candidate has applied • One who qualify the Stage 1 exam is only eligible to appear in the Stage 2 exam • Stage 2 exam is an assessment test of skills and knowledge • Stage 2 exam is also consist of a Medical Checkup |
