Eligibility


They are looking for only MALE candidates currently.

Citiphone officer is required to provide customer service and upsell/cross-sell to the customer. It is an inbound voice process.

Job details:-

This job involves 80% Customer service and 20% Up selling.

This is a day shift job for females with last shift ending at 7 pm and rotational shift for males with 5 day week and rotational week offs.

There is no pick and drop facility.

Salary is 17k for fresher and can go up to 30k for experienced

Experience

0 to 2 years of experience. MBA( from tier 4 campuses )-0 to 2 years of experience.

BE/ BTech with BPO exp can also apply.

Fresh BE,B.tech,MCA are not eligible to apply Excellent Written & Oral Communication Passion towards Service Enthusiastic and self-motivated Ability to work
