The Net Promoter Score Program is a measure of customer advocacy of the Citibank brand and the likelihood of a customer recommending Citibank to others and it is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. Customers are selected at different points in time during their relationship with Citibank and surveyed by an independent company to rate their experience with Citibank and/or their Relationship Manager, Personal Banker or Citigold Executive. Net Promoter Score Program survey responses are divided into three groups (which are subject to change from time to time): Category Average Score Promoters High Passives Midium Detractors Low Citibank NPS Score program |
